Dyer Woods Young Naturist Weekend with YNA and YNNE

Join us for a fun filled weekend of activities and new friends at Dyer Woods Nudist Campground in Foster RI. This is an official event of Young Naurists America (YNA) and Young Naturists New England (YNNE).

Activities
Enjoy Dyer Woods 200 wooded acres with swimming pond, hot tub, wood fired sauna, and many hiking trails.
Activities planned for the weekend include:
- Naked slip-n-slide
- Nature hikes
- Frisbee golf
- Body painting
- Evening fire pit

The official weekend’s activities will begin Saturday, however people are welcome to arrive any time on Friday. (Felicity and Jordan will be arriving late Friday night.)

Costs
Event fees and meals will payable online ahead of the event. Day and camping fees are payable directly to Dyer Woods upon arrival and are deeply discounted for YNA members.

A $10 donation to help us cover costs for activities and organizing the event.

Day and Camping Rates
Payable directly to Dyer Woods on your arrival.
Day rate is $15 on Saturday July 2nd, $25 other days
Camping is $10 per night.
All rates are for single, couple, or family. Any pair of guests, regardless of gender, is eligible for the couple rate.
To calculate your cost, add up the fees from your arrival time until your departure time

Notes:
- Camping checkout time is 11am. If you stay past noon, the day rate applies.
- Day rate is for access to camp facilities before 6pm. If you arrive before 6pm, the day rate applies.
- Your stay must include a minimum of one day rate fee.
- Discounted rates require YNA Membership.
Three rentals (2 trailers and one cabin room) are available for $55 per night plus tax, and may be reserved by calling Dyer Woods directly.

Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements and we will see what we can do to help accommodate them.

Continental breakfast (baked goods, coffee, tea) is included with $5 suggested donation per person.
Lunch

Dyer Woods provides a grill with hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage, chicken patties, veggie burgers, with prices ranging from $3 to $5 per item.
Chips, snacks, and soda are available for $1 each.
Ice Cream is available for $1 to $2.
Dinner
Saturday, Sunday
Pot luck dinner with $7 suggested donation per person if not bringing an item of similar value to share.
Getting There
Dyer Woods Nudist Campground is located on Foster RI, just over the Connecticut border, and near US Route 6.
114 Johnson Road, Foster, RI 02825
Please note GPS directions may not correctly indicate the location of the entrance on Johnson Rd. Please refer to the directions below to be sure to find the entrance.
Heading east along US 6 from Connecticut:
- Turn right on Cucumber Hill Rd, immediately after crossing the Rhode Island Border
- After 1.5 miles, turn left on South Killingly Rd
- After 2 miles, turn right on Johnson Rd
- The entrance is located about 0.5 miles down the road on the left. On the right will be a sign saying “D.W.N.C”, and by the entrance is a sign saying “Firewood”
Heading west along US 6 from Rhode Island:
- Turn left on Route 94
- After 2 miles, at Foster Center, bear right onto Howard Hill Rd, then immediately turn right onto South Killingly Rd.
- After 2 miles, turn left onto to Johnson Rd
- The entrance is located about 0.5 miles down the road on the left. On the right will be a sign saying “D.W.N.C”, and by the entrance is a sign saying “Firewood”
Approximate travel times by car (without traffic) from:
- Providence – 35 minutes
- New London, Worcester, Storrs, Mohegan Sun – 45 minutes
- Hartford, Newport, New Bedford – 1 hour
- Boston, New Haven, Springfield – 1.5 hours
- Albany – 2.5 hours
- New York City – 3 hours
There is no public transportation near Dyer Woods, but frequent affordable bus service is available to Providence and Mohegan Sun Casino. Train service is available to Providence (Amtrak, MBTA) and New London (Amtrak, Shore-line East), and Providence has a major airport. Car pools or taxi / uber can be arranged from those locations.
